What we offer

The 2025 ACT Public Service Graduate Program is a 10-month development program that supports you to develop skills, knowledge and networks to build an exciting and rewarding career.

The program includes:

• rotations across ACT Public Service roles, providing foundational on-the-job learning
• tailored learning and development opportunities across a range of core subjects, designed to compliment your work experience
• a salary starting at $84,061 - one of the highest salary packages in the Australian public sector
• a promotion into a permanent ASO5 role, with a starting salary of $95,722 after successfully completing the program
• financial support to relocate to Canberra
• the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution the Canberra community
